To Our Friends & Valued Patrons,

 

It has been 90 days since we have had the pleasure of your company inside the restaurant.  We can not THANK YOU enough for all of your support throughout that time.  We look forward to seeing you and your families soon!

 

As we prepare for the reopening of Balloons, we have crafted our plan based off of what we feel is best for our staff and customers.  We wanted to share with you what our new dine in procedures will look like beginning June 16th.  Please be mindful of the procedures listed below & respectful towards our staff implementing these new policies.

 

...We are asking all patrons to enter through our main bar room door when arriving and exiting through our side-dining room door when leaving.  If you need to go outside at any point throughout your dinner please enter and exit in the same manner.

...You are required to wear a mask at our establishment.  When entering & departing from Balloons you MUST wear a mask.  You are able to remove it at your table to enjoy your dinner & cocktails.  If you need to get up from your table at any time you will be required to wear your mask.  

 

...You will notice our tables have been spaced six feet apart in all 3 of our dining spaces.   Our booths have also been separated by plastic between each of their touching backs.  

We will be honoring the state mandate of no more then 10 guests to a table of the same party.  

 

...All guests dining with us are expected to maintain social distancing where possible, wash hands throughly, & sanitize at one of our sanitizing stations.

 

...If the restaurant is at full capacity at your arrival, you will be asked that you wait in your vehicle or outside until your table is ready.  Our bar seating is limited by NYS mandate.  There will be no standing or group gathering allowed around the bar. 

 

...For the time being we are going to adopt specific seating times each night.  We ask that you call ahead to reserve your time since NYS mandate is only allowing 50% capacity inside establishments.

       Sunday & Monday Closed

       Tuesday-Saturday Seating Times:  5:00-8:30. 

When calling for reservations we ask that you be flexible with us as we will try our best to get you as close to your desired time as possible.  Being that there is limited seating capacity, we will have to implement time restraints per table.

This has been quite a journey for us to navigate through and we appreciate your cooperation & support in advance.  We will adjust & change our policies if needed to ensure all of our guests have the dining experience that they’ve come to love since 1934.  Your kindness & patience towards our staff through all of this is very much appreciated as this is new territory for all of us. 

 

We know not everyone is ready to dine in just yet, we will continue to do nightly take out along with offering our family style packages & nightly specials.  Our Catering Take Out is always available as well for your summer family gatherings.  

 

We are very eager to get things rolling & seeing all of our amazing friends again!
